下午茶丹麥系列(三)栗子丹麥麵包,看似豐富又膩的栗子餡,嚐起來居然清爽,可能是丹麥酥的空間層次感化解了內餡的紮實感,頂上一顆巧克力畫龍點睛,替這款新甜點增添更多口感。

有趣的店名:"甜點帶著走",英文是:70-1 Sweet-to-Go,取自門牌號碼:台北市新生南路3段70之1號。顧名思義只有外帶的手工蛋糕店,工廠兼店面,由Zora的媽媽開設,她的老師是留法國的甜點師傅,所以用料很歐洲,包括巧克力粉到起士都是,重點是低糖、低熱量,她說岩漿巧克力蛋糕一條才490大卡(NT$150),我買的同時,老主顧~多數是步行來此的~媽媽們可是絡繹不絕呢,我想價錢實惠、健康取向、手工~都是媽媽們很注重的消費因素吧。
